Programs at IPC aim to bring in positive and lucrative change in the society by uplifting and capacitating the human capital at organizational level and at the community level particularly for mainstreaming the deprived segments. The major purpose of setting up the separate Programs is to stimulate and speedup the process of attaining organizational sustainability and touching the stepping stones for achieving IPC vision in coming years. Programs also help in setting the goals and achieving them by executing the activities designed for the organization and partners.
Peace and Conflict Resolution Program
Peace and Conflict Resolution is an ample program among the IPC Programs which aim to build a cohort of peace advocates across the globe for attaining IPC vision by motivating them for advocating IPC vision, mission, goals and objectives at all levels. Primary function of the program is to mobilize resources for building peace and harmony, mitigating the conflicts at all levels in war zones and especially in dysfunctional, radical and anarchist situations.
Peace Kutechries
Peace Kutechries are open community meetings of the masses for promoting peace at local level by upholding these in mostly the native places, where people from the communities meet and initiate dialogue on the issues contributing to the conflict and anarchy or rebel. Aim of the Peace Kutchries is to promote peace by finding similarities and commonalities among the masses at grassroots level. .
Culture and Performing Arts Program
Culture and Performing Arts plays a plentiful role in creating social values in any society and values are the most common ties for peace making so we at IPC using Culture and Performing Arts as tool for bringing in peace, harmony and tolerance in the communities. The communities faced by cultural crises in modern day life are mostly tapping the social evils like anarchy, intolerance and conflict among others, we at IPC see relating these with the social concerns and using Culture and Performing Arts as major activity for advocating the social change in the society. Because a visual have a thousands of times more powerful impact then a word on paper for advocating the social change.
