Programs
Programs at IPC aim to bring in positive and lucrative change in the society by uplifting and capacitating the human capital at organizational level and at the community level particularly for mainstreaming the deprived segments. The major purpose of setting up the separate Programs is to stimulate and speedup the process of attaining organizational sustainability and touching the stepping stones for achieving IPC vision in coming years. Programs also help in setting the goals and achieving them by executing the activities designed for the organization and partners.

Information Education Communication Social Media Unit
Information Education Communication Social Media Unit is responsible for providing support to IPC for advocating, communicating and educating the communities and stakeholders by using new media technologies, mass media and other publications and products to impart knowledge of peace, harmony, tolerance and coexistence in the society.
Resource Access Mobilization Unit
Resource Access Mobilization Unit is the main body for mobilizing internal and external resources for attaining the organizational goals and to reach IPC vision. Main responsibilities of Resource Access Mobilization Unit are appropriation of corporate budget, estimating and allocation of resources for all Programs and projects at IPC. Moreover the Resource Access Mobilization Unit also arrange the fund raising activities like galas, shows, theater performances, cultural shows, annual dinners and charity shows globally to raise funds for attaining organizational objectives. .
Documentation and Resource Center Unit
Documentation and Resource Center is responsible for documenting all the organizational activities and to document them as part of monitoring, evaluation, learning and accountability (MEAL) support and for planning and execution of projects. The Documentation and Resource Center also responsible for documenting all activities on an appropriate basis in paper as well as with other mediums of recording like audio, videos and still photos. Documentation and Resource Unit also publish and disseminate information about the Programs and activities of the IPC at all levels.
Research and Development Unit
Research and Development Unit provides support to all the core program units for conducting research and exploring the needs of the communities for launching specific Programs. It’s also aiming at the providing Rapid Situational Analysis and strategic support evidences for designing program interventions at all levels. Research and Development Unit is prime support unit for conducting research and provide development support to IPC core program and support units for furthering its objectives, it also design and implement research and development initiatives of the IPC to achieve the organizational sustainability.
Human Resource and Finance Unit
Human Resource and Finance Unit is responsible for managing the human resource related issues and also manages the Finance and budgetary requirements of International Peace Club Trust which provides with estimates for annual budget plans and project proposals. It is also the responsibility of the unit to provide and suitable Human Resource Policies and support to all the core program units for hiring the human resources, it’s also the unit which provide with staff suitable trainings it’s also conduct the training needs assessment for international and external beneficiaries of the International Peace Club Trust Projects, Programs and Initiatives.
Networking and Coordination Unit
Networking and Coordination Unit coordinates and provide network support to all the stakeholders and partners for building a cohort of likeminded partners and members at all levels of the organization starting from grassroots to global levels of interventions designed and planned for attaining the IPC goal of global peace and interfaith harmony. Networking and Coordination Unit also help in creating small, medium and large size network of cohorts for bridging gap between masses and the people suffering from intolerance and violence.
